
Season Opener : Brings 2 Wins From Ashland
On the Hog's seasonal opener vs Southern Oregon @ Ashland, the Hogs came away with an exciting Overtime Win 11-10. On their second game the next day, Hogs beat Washington's PLU 18-3. A Nice Strong Start for the Hogs in 2013.

2012 HSU LAX Alumni Game - Saturday - Sept 29th 2012 2 PM
Game will be played at the new HSU Creekside Soccer Field. This is a brand new turf field located were the old soccer field use to be. The Passing of One of Our Own - Will Yavorsky
It is with great sadness to report William "Will" Yavorsky passed away on July 20, 2011 after a heroic two-year battle with cancer. Will is survived by his wife, Laura Goforth, of Grand Canyon, Arizona, his parents, George and Alice Yavorsky, of San Francisco, California, and his sister, Karen Yavorsky, of San Jose, California. Iroquois Lacrosse Camp - July 19-20th 2011
Humboldt State University Lacrosse Club, in partnership with the Center for Indian Community Development, Seventh Generation Fund and the Northern California Lacrosse Foundation, are hosting a FREE lacrosse camp with the Iroquois Lacrosse Program in Arcata, CA on July 19th and 20th.
The program includes cultural and historical education of lacrosse, fundamentals of the sport, and the importance of staying active and encouraging healthy eating and lifestyle habits with an emphasis on keeping it fun and interactive.

Chief Oren Lyons Visits HSU Lacrosse
HSU Lacrosse hosted Hall of Fame Lacrosse player Chief Oren Lyons on campus. Chief Lyons is the honorary chairman of the Iroquois Nationals Lacrosse team and an all American at Syracuse University. He is Faithkeeper of the Turtle Clan of the Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy and a leading advocate of American Indian causes.

HSU Women's Lacrosse Club was founded by Patti Taylor in the late 1980s. The Jacks are currently a member of the Western Women’s Lacrosse League (WWLL) and practice Monday 6-8 at the Redwood Bowl, and Wednesdays 8-9 at the Redwood Bowl.
