Welcome to Humboldt Lacrosse
Deep in the redwoods lives a lacrosse team…
Your lacrosse team…
To be a part of the Humboldt State men’s lacrosse program you have to be committed, dedicated and prepared to make sacrifices throughout the season.
The coaching staff is looking for players willing to do whatever it takes to be successful and will give you everything they have. The question you have to ask yourself is “Am I willing to do what it takes?”
The goals we set are high. We want to bring a national championship to HSU. You wouldn’t be attending or considering HSU if your goals weren’t equally high. In order to have a chance to achieve our goals, we have to demand a commitment from our players.
We’ve found that lacrosse forces students to become more organized and learn to prioritize rather than procrastinate. Many of our student-athletes combine lacrosse with demanding courses of study like engineering or physics. The time commitment of lacrosse actually helps most to achieve goals off the field as well.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to be a part of something special, to continue your lacrosse career at a highly competitive level and join an amazing family then come out for what could possibly be the best experience of your life.
