Or, more precisely, a lot of them are Applied Fire Science & Management majors. It’s one of the new degrees coming to @humboldtpolytechnic in Fall 2023, thanks to $458 million in funding the school received last year as part of its polytechnic designation.
Luckily for us, Alec Vargas — along with fellow freshman midfielder Troy Johansson — wanted to take advantage of all the great things Humboldt has to offer and will be part of the new applied fire science major’s inaugural class — which is pretty cool! 😎😎
