A long pole defender from Carlmont High, Seb Avants Hagan played four years on the Scots lacrosse team and plans on studying cellular/molecular biology at Cal Poly Humboldt.
While juggling school and sports can be difficult, Seb already understands the key thing to being successful at both.
He broke it down for his high school newspaper, the Scot Scoop, back in April 2023:
“I love (lacrosse). And although being an athlete 100% gets in the way of my study, I know school is the priority,” he said. “You can’t be an athlete without doing well in school.”
